I’m currently working with United Airlines as a Senior UX Researcher, where I help lead safety-focused research. Before that, I spent five years at Ipsos managing research programs and leading projects for Fortune 500 technology and healthcare clients, including discovery and FDA validation studies for medical products.

I’m also a certified accessibility professional (CPACC) and an accessibility subject matter expert, specializing in research with users with disabilities and diverse access needs. I turn research findings into strategic recommendations that make complex products safer, more inclusive, and better for everyone.

My path to UX began in cognitive psychology, survey research, and social work at a hospital system. That’s where I learned how much I love talking with people and hearing their stories — and why I still start every project there.
